PRD-34, PL-130 Leier Estates Report No. 82-215 Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt to approve final PRD-34 and final plat PL-130, Leier Estates subject to the following conditions: 1) That the final plat be amended to dedicate a 60 foot wide drainage easement across the rear of Lots 1 through 5 of Block 2; 2) That the final plat be amended to dedicate a 40 foot drainage easement across the rear of Lot 2, Block 1; 3) That all property monuments of all lots are'set in place prior to the issuance of any building permits; 4) That development conform with conditions set forth in Council Resolution #2599; and 5) That all homes that are built be compatible in size and design with surrounding homes and meet all zoning and building code requirements. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Janecek to waive the reading, hold the second reading, adopt and order publication of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF APPENDIX A, ZONING CODE, AND CHAPTER 15, LICENSES, OF THE C I'I'Y CODE. Code Amendments Electronic Games Report No. 82-216 ORDINANCE #499 RESOLUTION #2630 Mot~on by Benke, seconded by Harcus to amend the motion by amending Section 1~-405(e) of the Ordinance by changing the last sentence to read as follows: "No amusement center shall be located within 200 feet of a property which is licensed by the City of New Brighton to sell intoxicating liquor as licensed by Article V, Chapter IV of the New Brighton City Code." and by amending Section 15-40S(j) to read as follows: "Exits/Entrances. The premises in which an amusement center is located shall have adequate entrances and exits at the front and rear of the premises but may have no entrances to or exits from adjoining buildings or uses."
