Commission meeting. Staff noted a condition of approval whereby the Site Plan shall <br /> incorporate any forthcoming recommendations of the City Forester. <br /> In conclusion, staff finds the proposed Site Plan acceptable, subject to conditions. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Consider the proposed Site Plan. Recommend the City Council approve the proposed Site Plan, <br /> subject to the following six conditions: <br /> 1. The building owner enters into a Proof-of-Parking Agreement with the City and submits <br /> evidence of its filing with Ramsey County prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 2. All exterior lighting shall be directed downward, and installed so as to prevent direct light <br /> from being detectable at the lot line of the site on which the light source is located per <br /> Zoning Code Section 11-010 (6). <br /> 3. The three dock doors facing the right-of-way of Old Highway 8 are only allowed should <br /> the Planning Commission and City Council approve an amendment to Section 6-390 (11) <br /> prior to the applicant's submittal of a building permit. Should an amendment not be <br /> approved, the applicant shall reduce the number of dock doors in this location to one in <br /> order to comply with the existing language of Section 6-390 (11). <br /> 4. Compliance with the Interoffice Department Memos attached to this report as Exhibits F <br /> —H. <br /> 5. Implementation of any forthcoming recommendations of the City Forester. <br /> 6.
