Mrs. Mitchell noted that <br />there had been five accidents at these <br />intersections in the past 16 months. <br /> <br />Mrs. Mitchell stated there were 'partial <br />obstructions caused by homes, cars parked <br />in driveways, fences and landscaping that <br />caused a real safety problem.
