0 Submit payment requests and monitor MSA payments <br />• <br />MSA Reporting Annual Reporting: <br />Prepare Annual Certification of Mileage Report <br />Complete and submit Road Status Report <br />Complete and submit Annual City Needs Report to State Aid <br />Traffic Counting: <br />Oversee 4 year traffic counting program <br />Seal Coating and Street Striping <br />This position oversees the annual seal coating program. This program ranges from <br />$75,000 to $200,000. <br />Design: <br />Coordinate with PW to make sure streets are crack sealed one-year in <br />advance <br />Prepare Plans & Specifications <br />Mail notices to all residents in seal coating areas. <br />Construction Administration & Inspection: <br />Obtain signatures in the execution of the Contracts <br />Conduct Pre -construction Meeting <br />Oversee daily construction activity <br />Prepare Final Payment <br />Write Council Reports as necessary throughout the entire project. <br />Miscellaneous Construction Projects <br />This position assists the Public Works Director in other projects as needed. Prepare <br />estimates, generate GIS maps and Autocad drawings and plans and specs, publish ads, <br />etc. as needed. A list of projects is attached to this memorandum. On an annual basis we <br />average over 10 projects a year. Examples of these projects include street light painting, <br />well repairs, water tower painting, sewer and water system repairs, storm sewer pond <br />clean outs, etc. <br />Contact with Public <br />This position is the first contact with residents and public in general answering questions <br />and taking complaints. This position is responsible for following up with answers or <br />delegating to the proper person.
