We do not have a large contingent of administrative staff to handle this work
and to supervise and manage people and processes. This creates a level of concern for
future problems due to lack of supervision and oversight. The Metro Gang Strike Force
is an excellent recent example of where a lack of leadership and supervision as well as
administrative support has led to significant issues.
H:\Dean\Budget 2010 August 25 2009 Discussion.doc
