The purpose of the Site Plan process is to <br />ensure the proposed development meets all Zoning Code criteria. A Site Plan review does not <br />• require a public hearing. Because the site is being completing redeveloped, albeit with the same <br />use, staff provides the following detailed site plan analysis: <br />Use <br />Zoning Code Section 5-220 (7) permits "casting places of all types" in the B-3 district. The proposed building will be one story and have a flat roof with an average <br />height of 18', well within the required standard. There also is an arch feature on the front, or <br />western facade, totaling 20' and an entrance feature totaling 23.5', both well within the 36' <br />height maximum. <br />0 <br />
