• RESOLUTION NO. to - <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RkMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF <br />A CROSSWALK FOR PROJECT 10-15, boa STREET SIDEWALK BETWEEN Man <br />AVENUE NW AND INCA LANE. <br />WHEREAS, personal to Resolution 10-043 of the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, adopted July 13, 2010, the feasibility study was accepted and a daze was ad for a <br />Cowed Hearing on proposed Improvement Project 10-15,7a Street Sidewalk Between 23'o <br />Avenue NW and Inca Ione; and, <br />WHEREAS, published notice of the hearing was given and the hearing was held <br />thereon the 29th day ofJuly, 2010, az which time all persons desiring to he heard were given <br />an opportunity to be heard [hereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighten, Mirmesom <br />• 1. Such improvement is hereby cMered as proposed. <br />2.
