b. The proposed sign will measure 33 SF in area, much less than the allowed <br /> square footage of 200 SF per Zoning Code Section 9-080(2). <br /> c. No other wall signs will be allowed. <br /> Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that based upon the above Findings of Fact, the <br /> application for a Planned Residential Development Amendment (RD2011-001) is hereby <br /> approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The wall sign facing Silver Lake Road is allowed in place of a wall sign that would <br /> normally be allowed facing 27th ST NW. No signs shall be permitted on the west <br /> side of the building. <br /> 2. The area of the sign does not exceed 33 SF, as proposed. <br /> 3.
