Additionally, <br /> during construction the City Hall entrance railings and bike rack were added to the contract. <br /> Costs and Funding: The Street Light System Fund originally had $25,000 budgeted for this project. <br /> The project costs will be pro-rated between New Brighton and St. Anthony as follows: <br /> Final Payment <br /> New Brighton $16,908 <br /> St. Anthony $2,885 <br /> Total: $19,793 <br /> This project will be funded from the Street Light System Fund. <br /> Grant W.
