Perhaps get a second study about exporting <br /> all the dirt there to solidify the soil. Find a way to make a multi-use, nice field. <br /> Council Liaison Samuelson stated it would be helpful to have some hard figures <br /> on the artificial turf verses whatever else needs to be done.
