The proposed <br /> language change was recommended by the City Attorney to more clearly specify the <br /> City's appeal process for an employee that experiences a positive drug or alcohol <br /> confirmatory test. <br /> 7. The proposed <br /> language change involves the updating of the City's data privacy policy to bring the <br /> City's employee drug and alcohol testing policy into compliance with Chapter 13 of <br /> Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> If the recommend changes are approved by the City Council, the revisions to Section 3, Section <br /> 4, and Section 26 of the Employee Handbook will be officially implemented and adopted by the <br /> City on September 1, 2013.
