Architecture <br /> The product series will consist of six distinct floor plans from our single family collection. Each floor plan <br /> will have three elevations covering distinct Architectural styles including Northern Craftsman, Farmhouse <br /> and Cottage. Masonry accents accentuate the various themes with a variety of colors and textures. A <br /> wide range of siding colors and textures (shake, board and batten, etc) with Premium Designer colors in <br /> accents and an optional primary siding package. This collection of homes offers two-story and main level <br /> living, 3 — 4 bedrooms, bonus rooms, 2.5 baths, main level or second level laundry rooms, welcoming <br /> large porch designs, optional sunrooms and finished basements. Home sizes will range from 2,000 to <br /> 2,400 square feet for the main level living plans to 2,400 to 3,300 square feet for the two-story plans. <br /> Pulte will control all architectural home designs through the Homeowners Association Architectural <br /> Control Committee. Pulte home designs will include the following single family home plans which are <br /> currently being offered in our Donegal Community in Maple Grove and Stonemill Farms in Woodbury: <br /> 1. Pulte offers standard landscape <br /> packages for each home design including landscape, sod and irrigation. Each home will include these <br /> features with a minimum of two trees per lot, perimeter foundation landscaping with shrubs, plants, <br /> landscaping rock, and edger. Example elevations, floor plans and color packages are included with this <br /> submittal. <br /> Garages <br /> The product lineup will consist of a combination of 2-car and 3-car front facing garage doors throughout <br /> the neighborhood. We have found the variation of 2-car and 3-car front facing garage doors breaks up the <br /> monotonous street scape of all standard front facing 3-car garage doors. The 2-car front facing garage <br /> doors will all come standard with a third stall tandem deep garage to allow adequate storage of"stuff" and <br /> the option of parking a third vehicle if so desired.
