Community Center Restroom /Locker Room Renovation Breuer introduced Russ Rosa from Rosa Architectural Group who will give the presentation. In the Non -Fleet (capital plan) we have renovation of locker rooms and restrooms at the community center. On June 11, we asked Council permission to hire an architect to put together schematics and cost estimations. On June 17 met with Russ Rosa and Parks and Recreation staff. Staff gave their recommendations and also the ideas of what others would like to see. On July 2 we met with a focus group of 11 people. A variety of community users were chosen to be part of this group. After their comments and ideas, more tweaking has been done to the plans. Now, the Parks, Recreation and Environmental Commission will get the opportunity to look at this to see what we are planning. Russ Rosa commented that they were asked how they could improve the men's and women's locker rooms and also remodel or freshen up the common restrooms on the main floor and on the second floor.
