Veterans Park; along with the students from St. John's School. It <br />was featured in the local paper. We are a Tree City USA for the <br />32 "d year. <br />Council approved that the Community Center restroom /locker room <br />renovation bids move forward. There was a good and vibrant <br />discussion. <br />• Public Works and Ramsey County are working together on the <br />proposed bridge renovations. Three bridges are scheduled for <br />replacement within the next 5 years. Connectivity and trails have <br />been a big discussion related to the bridges. Talks continue and <br />staff are being very diligent about trails and paths, related to these <br />bridge projects. <br />• Completed the interview process for filling the commission positions <br />that were open. We are full on each of the commissions. We had to <br />turn some away. <br />B. Chair Updates <br />None. <br />C. Commission Reports on Parks <br />Driftwood: Parker <br />Director Breuer stated Commissioner Parker had e- mailed his information <br />in. <br />Freedom: Brunell <br />Nothing to report. <br />Hansen: Fields <br />Someone disposed of their wooden pallets on the side of the road on 16th <br />in the woods on the west side of Hansen. <br />Hidden Oaks:Frischman <br />Nothing to report — too wet. <br />Innsbruck: Kunesh - Podein <br />Nothing to report on Innsbruck. Totem Pole Park looked really good. Trees <br />were trimmed. There were tons of kids playing basketball. Everything <br />looked clean, tidy and fresh. At Silver Oaks, the tennis court is really <br />cracking and bubbly. Deep cracks that are pretty extensive. Along the net <br />there is a deep crack. <br />Meadow Wood:Eischen <br />Everything looks really good. <br />Silver Oaks: Lundberg <br />A piece of the retaining wall fell down. She saw some painted lines at <br />Hansen in the field area and wondered what that was for. <br />
