Additionally, an email (and sketch) is attached to the end of <br /> the memo that discusses a re-route for the Old Highway 8 NW sidewalk during construction. <br /> These comments must be incorporated into the final plan set for the building permit submittal. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Recommend City Council approval of the Site Plan, subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. A Minor Subdivision is approved, subdividing the southern 1.94 acres from Lot 1, Block 3, <br /> Long Lake Landing. <br /> 2. Trainees must be shuttled to the site during training events that accommodate more persons <br /> than available parking on-site. <br /> 3. Implementation of the recommendations specified in the Interoffice Engineering/Public <br /> Works memo dated 7/8/2014, including the email and sketch attached dated 7/11/2014. <br /> 4. Incorporation of all forthcoming comments on the Landscape Plan by the City Forester. <br /> 5. All 9 boulevard trees within the Old Highway 8 NW boulevard shall be preserved and/or <br /> replaced following construction. <br /> 6. All ground and wall signage shall meet the requirements of Zoning Code Section 6-750(4) <br /> and separate Sign Permits shall be obtained. <br /> 7.
