L U R E wT E C H <br />LUBRICATION TECHNOLOGIES, I N C . <br />City of New Brighton <br />700 5h St NW <br />New Brighton, MN 55112 <br />July 2, 2014 <br />Proposal:# 1487 <br />Subject: Remove existing 2 post inground truck lift in maintenance shop at <br />the Public Works Facility install (1) new Rotary model 70C, 50,0001b <br />capacity truck lift, with wall controls. <br />Note: Rotary Lift to be purchased by the city on the HGAC purchasing <br />program as quoted by Rotary (Quote #2014219 Attached) <br />Removal/Instal lation. <br />The following is a removal and installation of the vehicle lift by Lube Tech ESI. <br />1) Remove front piston on old lift, piping, and power unit. <br />2) Saw cut concrete floor around lift and remove concrete. <br />3) Excavate around lift, remove frame and rear pistons. <br />4) Replace frames on front and rear. <br />5) Repipe to new power unit and to lift. <br />6) Frame in front frame. <br />7) Backfill, replace concrete. <br />8) Set front piston, complete piping, put lift into operation. <br />9) Electrical disconnect and reconnect by city. <br />Total Removal and Installation $18,500.00 <br />Note: Should the city decide to do their own removal deduct $ - 6,700.00 <br />
