STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Recommend approval of the Site Plan, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The addition is constructed consistent with the plans submitted and attached to the <br /> Planning Report. <br /> 2. The access easement per Document No. 2460942 is released or revised to that access <br /> rights are fully within drive-aisles and not encroaching on parking islands or stalls. The <br /> language of a revised easement must be reviewed and accepted by the City Attorney. <br /> 3. The 16 proof-of-parking stalls must be built if the City determines the property is <br /> inadequately parked. Written notice will be given in the event the City requires <br /> construction of the 16 proof-of-parking stalls. <br /> 4. The wall sign illustrated on the proposed south elevation is not permitted in accordance <br /> with Chapter 9 of the Zoning Code. <br /> 5.
