RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br />WHEREAS, an application has been made by Wayne Eck for consideration of a Preliminary Plat for <br />property located at 1321 & 1333 12th Avenue NW, creating three additional lots for development <br />of single family homes. <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. An application for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on January 27, 2015. <br />2. A public hearing notice was published in the New Brighton Area Sun Focus on February <br />6, 2015. <br />3. Public hearing notices were mailed to property owners residing within 350' on February <br />5, 2015. <br />4. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public <br />hearing on February 17, 2015 and all present were given a chance to freely speak at the <br />hearing. <br />5. The Planning Commission considered the request and recommended that the City <br />Council approve the preliminary plat as proposed, subject to conditions. <br />6. The City Council considered the request on February 24, 2015. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council make the following Findings of Fact with <br />respect to the Preliminary Plat (PL2015-001): <br />1. The properties are located at 1321 and 1333 12th Avenue NW. <br />2. The properties are zoned R-1, Single Family Residential. <br />3. The properties are guided in the Comprehensive Plan for Low Density Residential. <br />4. The total property area is approximately 5.65 acres. <br />5. The existing property is legally described within Attachment A, Existing Property <br />Descriptions. <br />6. The proposed legal descriptions are as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, ECKSON, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />And <br />Lot 1, Block 2, ECKSON, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />And <br />Lot 2, Block 2, ECKSON, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />And <br />Lot 3, Block 2, ECKSON, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />And <br />Lot 4, Block 2, ECKSON, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />7.
