Director <br />Community Assets & <br />Development <br /> <br /> <br />A goal for the organization is to fill 60% or more of these positions with internal candidates. The organization will <br />provide the proper training and tools for employees in order to reach this goal. <br /> <br />RESPONSE <br /> <br />Since the last report, the City has filled four management/supervisory positions: <br />1. Director Community Assets and Development <br />2. Assistant Director Community Assets and Development <br />3. Public Works Storm and Water Supervisor <br />4. Assistant Finance Director <br />All four of these positions were filled with qualified internal candidates.
