The Contractor shall reimburse the City for any such expenses within <br />10 days of receipt of the City’s invoice. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2.21 Municipal Facilities <br /> <br />The Contractor will provide free recycling single-sort cart service every week at New <br />Brighton’s City Hall, Public Safety Center, Family Service Center, Public Works Garage, <br />and Brightwood Hills Golf Course. The Contractor will provide carts or other mutually <br />agreed upon containers to facilitate this service. <br /> <br />2.21.1 Commingled Recycling at City Parks <br /> <br />City staff will collect materials from single-stream containers located in City parks. The <br />Contractor must provide a container, to be located at the City Public Works facility, for <br />City staff to deposit the collected material from the parks. The Contractor will collect <br />from the designated container once per week or as needed in winter months. (November - <br />March). <br /> <br />2.22 Reports and Meetings <br /> <br />2.22.1 Materials Reports <br /> <br />The Contractor will report, on a monthly and yearly basis, the following information <br />regarding the City’s recyclable materials quantities (in tons): <br /> <br /> Gross amounts of materials collected, by recyclable material; <br /> Net amounts of materials marketed, by recyclable material; <br /> Amounts stored, by recyclable material, with any notes as to unusual conditions; <br />and <br /> Amounts of process residuals disposed. <br /> <br />Upon request of the City at any time during the Contract, the Contractor shall provide end <br />market information regarding the sale of recyclable materials collected in the City. <br /> <br />Monthly reports shall be due to the City by the 15th day of each month for material <br />collected by the Contractor during the preceding calendar month. Annual reports to the <br />City shall be due by the last day of January for materials received by the Contractor <br />during the preceding calendar year. The Contractor will be encouraged to include in its <br />annual report recommendations for continuous improvement in the City’s recycling <br />program (e.g., public education, reduction of non-targeted materials, etc.). <br /> <br />2.22.2 Monthly Customer Relations Report <br /> <br />Each month the Contractor shall provide the City with the following reports:
