Included in these <br />improvements are newly designated parking stalls at the north end of the new building (9 stalls) <br />and landscaping. Some additional bituminous parking (18 stalls) will be added centrally in the <br />site, between the four southerly buildings and northerly two buildings. No other parking <br />improvements will be necessary. As mentioned in the Background section of this report, the <br />existing ground sign will be relocated and the chain link fence will be reconstructed at the south <br />end of the City’s storm water pond in association with the City’s street reconstruction project. <br /> <br />The new building will contain two restrooms with 10-15 customer trips per day anticipated. On- <br />site staff will consist of 1-2 associates per any given shift, with the building having office hours <br />of 9:30am-6pm Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-5pm Saturday, and 10am-2pm Sunday. <br /> <br />Staff examined the following relevant Site Plan elements: <br />
