All parking lot setbacks are met. <br /> <br />Required # of Parking Stalls <br />Chapter 11 of the Zoning Code does not list a parking ratio that is applicable to a self-storage <br />use. Chapter 11, Section 11-040(4) states that other uses not specifically mentioned may be <br />determined on an individual basis, as long as the applicant has provided information satisfactory <br />to the City in determining whether the site contains adequate parking for its intended use. <br /> <br />The site is not presently striped so the actual number of stalls can only be estimated. Staff <br />estimates approximately 50 stalls are available for parking, stalls which do not obstruct access to <br />a self-storage space. Based on the applicant’s proposed Site Plan, approximately 27 stalls would <br />be added to the site, totaling approximately 77 parking stalls. Based on the applicant’s estimate <br />of 10-15 trips per day generated by the site, staff finds the site to be adequately parked. <br /> <br />
