Staff finds that this condition is met as utilities and roads/access already exist and the <br />scoreboards can use existing utilities (namely electrical). <br /> <br />e. That the special use shall, in all other respects, conform to the applicable regulations of the <br />district in which it located. <br /> <br />Staff finds this criterion to be met. The scoreboards will be located in a manner than meets <br />the 30’ setback requirement of Zoning Code Section 4-030 (1), being over a 100’ from the <br />eastern property boundary and several hundred feet to the north, south, and west property <br />boundary. <br /> <br />Based on the conditions of Zoning Code Sections 4-030 (1) and 8-130, staff finds all Special Use criteria <br />to be met. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt the attached Resolution recommending the City Council approve the Special Use Permit, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. The proposed scoreboards are replaced and/or relocated consistent with the plans submitted and <br />attached to the Planning Report. <br />2.
