Compliance and Enforcement <br /> <br />Ms. Haarstad also spoke about commission roles and responsibilities, the conduct of commission <br />members, and communication. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of Ms. Haarstad’s presentation, IT Administrator Andre Barte distributed iPads to <br />the Commissioners and reviewed how to log in and access the electronic packets. <br /> <br />Updates <br />A. Allina Health <br />Mr. Dave Matteson introduced himself to the new Commissioners and gave a brief background on <br />Allina Health. Through the first quarter of 2016, there have been 279 Code 3 responses in New <br />Brighton with an average response time of 7:32 and with 81.4% resulting in being transported by <br />Allina. New Brighton has had 188 non-emergent calls (regular response) with an average response <br />time of 10:23. Total calls for first quarter of 2016 were 467. <br /> <br />Mr. Matteson noted that Allina Health responds non-emergent as often as possible as this is safer for <br />the public. <br /> <br />Allina Health participated in a large Ramsey County drill earlier this month. They moved 40 <br />“patients” in under 30 minutes and used 5 ambulance services. This was a great drill and they <br />learned a lot from it. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
