RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2016 GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton annually adopts budgets on an annual basis set <br />forth by State Statute and generally accepted accounting principles and <br />WHEREAS, the legal level of budgetary control is established at the fund level, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary to amend the 2016 General Fund Budget <br />revenue and expense appropriations for annual financial statement presentation as follows: <br />From To <br />Police DUI Forfeitures $0 $8,000 <br />Police Santa Cop Program $0 $10,000 <br />Police Emergency Management Program $0 $5,000 <br />Police Safe & Sober Grant $0 $27,900 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />that the 2016 General Fund Budget is hereby amended as detailed above. <br />ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 2017 by the New Brighton City Council with a vote of _____ <br />ayes and _____ nays. <br />Valerie Johnson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: Dean R.
