The proposed addition meets all standards in the I-1 district regarding setbacks, building height, <br />parking, floor area ratios, and applicable performance standards. Additionally, the six years of <br />operation of the existing business with no complaints suggests this use is compatible with zoning <br />and the surrounding neighborhood and the introduction of a second cremation machine, of the <br />same model, will not introduce any negative impacts.
