The heroin was hidden behind a false wall that was <br />completely secured with 3M Velcro tape. <br /> <br />Detective Voeller signed a complaint charging a 37 year old New Brighton resident for a <br />Felony level Domestic Assault against his mother. The maximum sentence for this <br />offense if 5 year and/or a $10,000 fine. <br /> <br />On August 9, New Brighton Detectives working with Ramsey County VCET executed a <br />search warrant in New Brighton that resulted in the arrest of a 51 year old New Brighton <br />female after the discovery of over 20 grams of methamphetamine and 100 grams of <br />marijuana. Detective Lochen signed a complaint charging the female with two counts of <br />drug possession. The first count carries a maximum sentence of 30 years and/or <br />$1,000,000 fine and the second count carries a maximum sentence of 25 years and/or a <br />$500,000 fine. <br /> <br />Detective M. DeBoer signed a complaint against an 18 year old Minneapolis man for 5th <br />Degree Drug Possession. The party was found to over 51 grams of marijuana in the <br />vehicle he was driving. The maximum sentence for this offense is 5 year and/or a <br />$10,000 fine.
