If you had more than 3 courts at Silver Oaks, you’d have a real
parking issue.

Resident, Dave Haas, commented that if there were drain tile put in to help the
water to drain away from the tennis court, it would help preserve the tennis or
pickleball courts, because the water must be getting underneath the court and
causing it to crack.

Commissioner Stenglein said it sounded like there is a demand for pickleball,
Hidden Oaks seems like a good place to do it, and if we just need to resurface,
the courts at Hidden Oaks, it seems like a good time to do it. The project will
be continued next year. Some neighbors were in a flood plain. This
project will help and they will not be considered in a flood plain so their
insurance will go down. The project will make a huge difference to
Pike Lake and Long Lake water quality.
B. Lions Park Focus Group Update – Commissioner Stenglein
Commissioner Stenglein commented that there has not been a meeting for
some time.
