He stated they all presented very well. Acting Director
Jason Hicks, commented that the timing was perfect for the Gaga Ball
project and many residents have learned what it is and we have received
much feedback. Parks Superintendent Chris Wolla commented that it was
a Godsend to him because we were looking to build two of the Gaga Ball
Pits and Josiah happened to e-mail him right at that time and he was
looking to build these for his Eagle Scout project.

Axberg felt this was a great collaborative with the community in terms of
how you put the community needs and needs of our youth together. It is a
win, win situation.

Parks Superintendent Chris Wolla thanked his staff that helped with these
projects.

A PowerPoint was shown of Tyler Else project. LGA money was
not put into budget because we do not wan t to become dependent on
it. Encourage the community to check the City website because it does
not reflect what is really happening. Even if the levy were to increase,
that does not mean that is what you will pay because the City’s tax
base has increased.
 The Comprehensive Plan continues to be worked on. There is a
survey monkey on the City website for those who would like to
participate.

Commissioner Axberg commented that there is also going to be a school referendum on
the ballot this year. She didn’t want people to get confused between the two of them.

B. Chair Updates
No Update, but was thankful the scouts got to present.
C.
