6 <br />methamphetamine three weeks ago. He was arrested for DWI. Two children under 16 <br />years old were in the vehicle. A search warrant was written and signed for a blood or <br />urine sample. The driver refused both tests. Driver booked for 2nd Degree Test Refusal. <br />His vehicle is being held for forfeiture. <br /> <br />On November 18th, Officer Farmer was on routine patrol and stopped a vehicle for <br />equipment violations. The driver, a 41 year old Mounds View woman, appeared un-kept <br />and possibly impaired. She has a history of involvement with frauds, thefts, and drugs. <br />She failed SFST's and was arrested for DWI. The vehicle was also found to not be <br />insured. A search warrant was written for a blood draw and a sample was taken. She <br />was booked for 3rd degree DWI due to a prior DWI conviction in the past 10 years. <br /> <br />On November 22nd, Officer Benjamin DeBoer was working an overtime DWI shift when <br />he stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver, a 24 year old Lino Lakes man, displayed <br />signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. He was arrested and agreed to give a <br />breath sample. The driver had a BAC of .23. Due to qualifying enhancements the driver <br />was booked for 2nd Degree DWI and his vehicle is being held for forfeiture. <br /> <br />On November 26th, Officer Farmer was on routine patrol when he stopped a vehicle for <br />speed and lane violations. The driver, a 38 year old Minneapolis man, had dried blood <br />and track marks on his hands. The driver admitted to recent heroin use. He produced <br />two hypodermic syringes from his pocket. The driver failed SFST's and was arrested for <br />DWI. A search warrant was written and signed for blood or urine sample. A urine <br />sample was obtained. The driver cited for 4th degree DWI and possession of hypodermic <br />syringe. He was booked at Ramsey County LEC. <br /> <br />IV.
