4 <br />On October 18, officers responded to a residence in the 2600 block of Innsbruck Court to <br />check the welfare of a 35 year-old male. The victim had missed a medical appointment. <br />After unlocking a bathroom door inside the residence, they found the male deceased from <br />unknown causes. Detective Matt Voeller and the Ramsey County Medical Examiner are <br />investigating. <br /> <br />On October 22, New Brighton squads were requested to assist Mounds View squads on a <br />report of a man at an intersection requesting people shoot him. Mounds View squads had <br />the situation under control as the New Brighton squads arrived. <br /> <br />On the morning of October 23, officers responded to a residence in the Oak Grove <br />Mobile Home Park on a domestic assault. Dispatch advised that the suspect had left in a <br />vehicle. The suspect was located nearby, and when a traffic stop was attempted, the <br />suspect fled at a high rate of speed and disobeyed a stop sign. The pursuit was quickly <br />terminated due to the known identify of the suspect and time of day/traffic conditions. <br />Criminal charges of misdemeanor domestic assault and felony fleeing police in a motor <br />vehicle will be filed against the suspect. <br /> <br />Around 1am on October 23, officers responded to Cowboy Jack’s on report of a female <br />who had fallen off a barstool and was bleeding from the head. The intoxicated victim did <br />not know her whereabouts and was uncooperative and combative with officers and <br />paramedics. A transport hold order was signed to bring her by ambulance to HCMC for <br />treatment of her injuries. Her breath alcohol concentration later measured at over .40 at <br />the hospital. Management claimed that she had only been served two drinks at the <br />establishment. <br /> <br />On October 24, squads received info a wanted party was at the residence. Squads went to <br />the residence and arrested the party for his on warrant. The party did not want to speak <br />with Det. DeBoer then advised he swallowed 28 grams of meth when the squads pulled <br />up. He was transported to the hospital. <br /> <br />Shortly after midnight on October 24, Sergeant Ed Sypniewski did a routine license plate <br />check on a vehicle and found that it was a reported stolen auto. Officers conducted a <br />high-risk traffic stop and arrested the driver for possession of a stolen motor vehicle. A <br />passenger in the vehicle lied about his name, but when his real identity was determined, <br />several active arrest warrants in his name were located. He was cited for false <br />information to a police officer. Both were booked at the Ramsey County Jail. <br /> <br />On October 24 at 8pm, New Brighton officers responded to an address in the 700 block <br />of 10th Avenue NW to check for a suspect who was wanted for domestic assault and 911 <br />interference in the City of Brooklyn Park. He was located and taken into custody without <br />incident, and transferred to Brooklyn Park Police. <br /> <br />On October 27, New Brighton squads arrested a 55 year old New Brighton resident for <br />Domestic Assault. He had 4 previous qualified enhancers and was booked for a Felony <br />level Domestic Assault. <br /> <br />On October 28, an officer located a suspicious vehicle idling in the parking lot of the <br />Garden Grove Apartments.
