That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and/or necessary facilities have <br />been or are being provided. <br />APPLICANT COMMENTS: Silver Lake Auto will not interfere with any city <br />codes, regulations, roads, etc. We are a business that conducts only logistical work. <br />STAFF COMMENTS: Staff finds this criterion to be met. Public <br />Works/Engineering has reviewed the plans and offered no comments or concerns. <br />5. That the special use shall in all other respects conform to the applicable <br />regulations of the district in which it is located. <br />APPLICANT COMMENTS: All regulations will be followed. Our requirement <br />from the states requires special use of parking. This will have no interference with <br />the location of our office and its location. <br />STAFF COMMENTS: Staff finds this criterion to be met. The current building is <br />in conformance with code requirements, and nothing is proposed that does not meet <br />City standards. <br /> <br />As staff finds all applicable criteria to be met, we are recommending approval of <br />the requested SUP subject to conditions. <br /> <br />Additional <br />Information: <br /> None <br /> <br />Engineering <br />Review: <br /> Engineering reviewed the proposed plan for a new office use at this location and had <br />no comments or concerns. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment: <br /> Staff has not received any feedback from surrounding property owners as of 8/15/18. <br /> <br /> <br />Conclusion: <br /> The application is requesting a Special Use Permit to authorize the operation of an <br />automobile sales business from existing office space at 550 County Road D West, <br />Suite 1. <br />Staff Recommendation: Per the analysis outlined in the report, staff is <br />recommending APPROVAL with conditions <br /> <br /> <br />
