Read, analyzed, evaluated and assigned a <br />numeric score to assigned grant applications. Formulated specific and evaluative comments that provided justification for <br />numeric scores. <br /> <br />Department of Homeland Security-USCIS Office of Intake and Document Production, Bloomington, MN U.S. <br />Management Program Analyst, 07/2015 – 08/2016 <br />Reviewed applications and petitions the Financial Agent is unable to process and develop solutions to continue <br />processing. If unable to continue processing, rejected and returned the applications or petitions to the applicant. <br />Reviewed the Financial Agent's performance against established measures to assess compliance within the parameters <br />established under the Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Treasury and the Financial Agent. <br />Actively participated in routine trainings related to position and utilize various informational sources (SOPS, intranet <br />pages, subject matter experts) to keep abreast of the most up to date resources and information to meet operational <br />and administrative needs.
