Consider a Resolution Initiating the Right-of-Way Vacations on the Bel Air <br />Elementary School Site at 1800 5th Street NW. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sonsalla reported the Council could hold the Public Hearing for this item but <br />could not vote on the matter as a super majority vote was required. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Allen to open the <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />3 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was opened at 7:26 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Johnson asked for comments, there were none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Allen, seconded by Councilmember Jacobsen to close the <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />3 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 7:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Allen to table this item to a future <br />City Council meeting. <br /> <br />3 Ayes, 0 Nays-Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br />1.
