November 26, 2019 Page 3 of 5 <br />City Manager Lotter thanked the Council for the kind words and stated he appreciated City Clerk Spangrud’s <br />thorough proclamation. He explained many of his accomplishments were a team effort and he was proud of <br />the climate he has created at City Hall. He discussed how he valued each member on the leadership team and <br />pointed out their contributions to the City. He wished everyone well in the future and stated he was proud of <br />the direction the City was heading. <br />Mayor Johnson presented City Manager Lotter with a plaque on behalf of the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />1.
