Assessment of Need 29CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON PARK AND TRAIL SYSTEM MASTER PLAN - DRAFT <br />School District <br />As noted previously, the Mounds View School District is seeing enrollment rates increasing <br />which has resulted in expansion and renovation of some of the school sites in order to meet <br />their capacity needs.
