15. New connections to storm sewer at Long Lake Road to be made with new precast structures vs. <br />core drilling existing structures. <br /> <br />16. Provide appropriate catch basin inlets to address capacity concerns. <br /> <br />17. Outlet location of CB 2 cannot be placed into sanitary sewer pipe. <br /> <br /> <br />Watermain <br /> <br />1. The watermain system within the site is to be considered private and shall be constructed and <br />maintained by the property owners. A permit will be required for all sewer and water connections <br />and shall be inspected by Public Works. <br /> <br />2. The owner/engineer will need to obtain a permit from MnDOLI for watermain construction and <br />internal plumbing design. <br /> <br />3. The existing hydrant located to the south of the north parking lot shall be replaced due to the fill <br />amounts and grading limits. Any hydrant(s) to be installed shall be Clow Medallions. Existing <br />hydrants that are removed during construction shall be salvaged and delivered to the Public Works <br />Department. <br /> <br />4. New Hydrants to be added to meet fire department demands, and location of the fire department <br />connections. <br /> <br />5. All watermain pipe to be CL 52 ductile iron pipe with Clow resilient wedge gate valves. <br /> <br />6. A minimum vertical separation of 18 inches must be provided between sanitary and watermain <br />crossings. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />1. The sanitary sewer services are to be considered private and shall be constructed and <br />maintained by the property owners. A permit will be required for all sewer and water connections <br />and shall be inspected by Public Works. <br /> <br />2. Provide pipe type for all proposed sanitary sewer lines. <br /> <br />3. The sanitary connection on Poppyseed Drive needs to be shown. Also, include details on <br />connection type (outside drop or core drilled connection).
