SUP Review: Zahl Petrolicum <br />Planning Commission Report; 9-17-19 <br /> <br /> <br />Page 8 <br />Water <br />System(s): <br />Engineering provided the following comments/conditions that must be met if the SUP <br />is approved: <br /> An Outside Sewer and Water Permit will be required by the City and all <br />sewer/water connections shall be inspected by Public Works. <br /> The proposed water service cannot be connected to the hydrant lead. Connection to <br />the existing watermain shall be made along the north/south watermain located to <br />the west of the proposed building. <br /> Provide information on water service size, material, and depth. Show elevations <br />and insulation where water service will cross the existing storm sewer. <br /> A right of entry agreement with the property at 85 2nd Ave SE may be needed for <br />the work associated with the water service connection. <br /> <br />Sanitary <br />System(s): <br />Engineering provided the following comments/conditions that must be met if the SUP <br />is approved: <br /> Provide information on sanitary sewer service size, slope, and material. A <br />cleanout should be considered. <br /> Provide elevations and a detail of the sewer service connection at the lift station. <br /> Concrete bollards will need to be installed to protect existing lift station and <br />control cabinet (locations to be worked out and agreed upon with the Department <br />of Community Assets & Development). <br /> <br />Storm water / <br />Grading / <br />Erosion: <br />Engineering provided the following comments/conditions that must be met if the SUP <br />is approved: <br /> The proposed storage rack shall not obstruct water flow from curb cut and rip rap <br />located in the cul-de-sac of 3rd Ave SE. <br /> Plans must include erosion control information. Items like silt fence, a rock <br />construction entrance, bio-rolls, and revegetation specifications should be <br />included. <br /> <br />Signage  Proposed signage for the site will need to be reviewed and approved via a separate <br />sign permitting process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
