Addressing all maters <br />outlined in the memo shall be a condition of any approval. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment: <br /> Staff has not received any feedback from surrounding property owners as of 9/10/19. <br /> <br /> Conclusion: <br /> The applicant is requesting approval of a site plan and special use permit to <br />authorize a new warehousing & assembly facility for their above ground storage <br />tank business at 3595 New Brighton Road. <br />Staff Recommendation: Per the analysis outlined in the report, staff is <br />recommending APPROVAL of the proposed site plan with conditions. <br /> <br />Commission <br />Options: <br />The Planning Commission has the following options: <br />A) RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE REQUESTS based on the <br />applicant’s submittals and findings of fact. <br />B) RECOMMEND DENIAL OF THE REQUESTS based on the applicant’s <br />submittals and findings of fact. <br />C) TABLE THE ITEMS and request additional information. <br />Based on an application date of 8/16/19, the 60-day review period for this <br />application expires on 10/15/2019.
