Final Planned Residential Development <br />Planning Commission Report; 11-19-19 <br /> <br /> <br />Page 6 <br />Conclusion: <br /> Dominium is seeking approval of a Final Planned Residential Development for <br />Phase II of the Midtown Village development. This final phase will include <br />preparation of the land for development, installation of public improvements, and <br />construction of 154 affordable workforce housing units approved by the City <br />Council on May 28th, 2019. <br />By Code, the Planning Commission is asked to make recommendations to <br />City Council as to the following: <br />1. Are the final plans in substantial compliance with preliminary approval? <br />2. If plans are NOT in substantial compliance, how do they deviate from the <br />previous approval and does the planning commission recommend <br />another public hearing? <br />3. Are there further conditions that need to be placed on the final approval <br />to protect the public health, safety, morals, and/or general welfare of the <br />community? <br /> <br />Based on a complete application date of 11/1/19, the deadline for a decision by <br />the City Council is 12/31/19.
