Changes as required by the City Attorney shall be incorporated into the <br />final plat prior to filing at Ramsey County. <br />3. The applicant shall enter into a developer’s agreement with the City <br />covering all aspects of public improvements, dedications, responsibilities, <br />parking expansion at the City’s request, etc. <br />4. All general development conditions of preliminary approval (i.e. utilities to <br />be underground, lighting to be down directional, plantings to remove metal <br />cages around root balls, etc) shall continue to be applicable to Final PRD <br />approval. <br />5. The Applicant shall make separate application for easement vacations no <br />longer needed as part of the new plat. <br />6. The Applicant shall obtain a sign permit from the City prior to construction <br />of monument signage. <br />7. Landscaping plan shall be subject to final review and changes as may be <br />required by the City Forester. <br />8. Developers shall coordinate their development activities with the Fire <br />Marshal and Community Engagement Officer during construction. <br />9.
