Coordinate removals and sewer/water connections on 7th Avenue NW and 7th Street NW with <br />Pulte. <br /> <br />2. The 15” RCP storm sewer located in SE corner of Senior Building property shall be removed or <br />plugged on both ends and abandoned in place. <br /> <br />3. Watermain located between the senior building easterly property line and 6th Avenue NW shall be <br />abandoned in place. A new water service to 690 6th Ave NW shall be provided from watermain <br />located in 6th Ave NW. See attached water map. City may expedite this service connection and <br />bill dominium accordingly to avoid stagnant water in domestic service. <br /> <br />4. Update Demo plans to show PW site changes with new salt building. <br /> <br />5. Fiber re-route must be kept within ROW and easements, not placed on Dominium property. <br /> <br />6. Fence/tree/sewer service removal and replacement to be coordinated with home owner at 751 7 th <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />C 2-1 <br /> <br />1. Proposed roadway width of 8th Avenue extension should be 26’ face to face. <br /> <br />2. Installation of a fence will be required between the proposed bituminous path and railroad tracks. <br />Minnesota Commercial and property owner to review plans and provide comments. Permit aand
