Would be consistent with the intent and purpose of the fence regulations as stated <br />in Section 4-540(1) of the Zoning Code. <br />Staff Analysis: The intent outlined in code is to “ensure orderly development,” and <br />to “allow a free flow of air, and prohibit unreasonable restrictions of view while <br />allowing each property owner an opportunity for privacy, property protection, and <br />the ability to make reasonable use of the property.” The proposed fence does not <br />run the entire property line, and is clearly proposed to provide privacy and aesthetic <br />improvements to the subject property. Staff does believe the proposal is compliant <br />with the City’s fence regulations.
