4 <br />their initial crew arriving simultaneous with our first engine. The cause of the fire is <br />under investigation but does not appear to be suspicious. No civilians or firefighters were <br />injured. <br /> <br /> <br />Around 12:30 am on January 19, officers responded to Big Louieās on report of two male <br />patrons physically fighting. They were already separated when officers arrived. Both <br />suspects were heavily intoxicated but not injured. Management merely wanted them both <br />to leave. They paid their bar tabs and left without further incident. <br /> <br />On January 20 around 1 pm, officers responded to a female who was not conscious and <br />not breathing in the parking lot of the County Road E apartments. An assessment <br />determined that she had a pulse and was breathing but was unresponsive. Narcan was <br />administered and officers were unable to identify the female before she was transported <br />by Allina to HCMC. She was eventually identified as a resident from Zimmerman but it <br />is unknown how she ended up on the ground outside the apartment building in New <br />Brighton. <br /> <br />On January 21 about 5 am, officers responded to a business at 877 3rd Street SW on <br />report of a suspicious U-Haul parked behind the building. Officers located the vehicle <br />and driver who attempted to evade them on foot but was arrested. The vehicle had the <br />wrong license plates and was found to be stolen from Saint Paul. The suspect was <br />booked for Possession of Stolen Auto at the Ramsey County Jail. The business owner <br />posted a surveillance camera image of the arrest on Facebook along with a note of <br />appreciation: <br />
