3 <br />On August 1, squads responded to a 63-year old male who was unresponsive, with faint <br />breathing and pulse. While squads were on scene, the male want into cardiac arrest. <br />CPR was initiated and a pulse was regained. The party was taken to the hospital. <br /> <br />On August 3, New Brighton squads assisted State Patrol with on a motor vehicle accident <br />with injuries. One of the drivers was ultimately arrested for DWI. <br /> <br />Night shift officers on August 7 responded to two motor vehicle crashes involving <br />personal injuries at the intersection of Silver Lake Road and Rice Creek Road; the first <br />around 8 pm and the second at about 9:15 pm. Allina paramedics evaluated vehicle <br />occupants from both incidents but nobody was transported to the hospital. <br /> <br />New Brighton officers assisted with a perimeter following an armed robbery at Western <br />Bank in Mounds View on August 8 around 3:20 pm. The suspect was not located. <br /> <br />Day shift officers on August 9 mediated disputes between three different sets of <br />neighbors in various parts of the city for different issues, including a lawn mowing <br />complaint in the 600 block of Riviera Drive, harassing dogs in the 2500 block of County <br />Road H, and the parking of tree service vehicles in a driveway in the 1500 block of 2nd <br />Street NW. <br /> <br />On August 9 at around 12:30 pm, the police and fire divisions responded to <br />Silver Lake Road at I-694 on the report of a vehicle roll over. Crews arrived and found a <br />large work truck and trailer containing a large piece of equipment had rolled over at the <br />top of the on ramp to I-694. The tractor on the trailer was leaking a large amount of diesel <br />fuel. The fire division stopped the leaking fluid by utilizing a toilet bowl ring. The <br />firefighters stopped the fluid from entering storm drains by utilizing dirt piles and floor <br />dry. There were no injuries from the accident and the State Patrol is investigating. <br /> <br /> <br />
