4 <br />Crews awaited the response of Xcel Energy who isolated the leak. <br /> <br />Around 10:15 pm on Tuesday, September 17, a resident in the 600 block of Fairfield <br />Drive reported that her brother had stolen $5,000 cash from her a few days prior and <br />when confronted, he fled from the residence. Officer Don Kostohryz located the suspect <br />nearby and arrested him. The suspect admitted to taking the cash and spending it at the <br />casino. He is also a heroin user. The 28-year-old brother was booked at the Ramsey <br />County Jail and a criminal complaint was filed charging him with felony theft. <br /> <br />An adult male boarded a high school bus near the Fountain Terrace Apartments on <br />Thursday morning, September 19, and punched a 16-year-old student who was keeping <br />the suspect from getting to his female friend seated farther behind on the bus. The <br />suspect then followed the bus to Irondale High School. The 20-year-old St. Paul resident <br />was cited for 5th Degree Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The Irondale Principal sent a <br />communication to parents of the bus riders who witnessed the incident. <br /> <br />On September 19, Officers responded on a male using heroin. Upon their arrival, they <br />located a 37 year old male with signs of intoxication and heroin use. Routine checks <br />revealed a felony warrant out for his arrest. He was booked on the warrant. <br /> <br />A male in the drive thru of McDonald’s on Silver Lake Road paid for his order with <br />counterfeit currency but fled before the arrival of police on Friday, September 20, around <br />3:20 pm. Officer Kingslien is following-up based on a license plate, suspect description, <br />and video footage from the restaurant. <br /> <br />Around 2:30 am on Saturday, September 21, management from Cowboy Jack’s reported <br />an intoxicated female was in the parking lot of the establishment. Her breath alcohol <br />concentration measured .33. Allina paramedics transported the 43-year-old New <br />Brighton resident to Unity Hospital. <br /> <br />A 20-year-old male was found unconscious and not breathing in the bedroom of his <br />residence in the 1600 block of 1st Street SW around 5 pm on Saturday, September 21. <br />Officers and Allina paramedics verified that he had been deceased for several hours. The <br />Ramsey County Medical Examiner responded to investigate and remove the body for an <br />autopsy. Drug evidence was seized from the scene. <br /> <br />A resident of the 7th Street NW apartments called police around 10 pm on Sunday, <br />September 22, to report that her boyfriend had the keys to her car and was sitting outside <br />the apartment building. Officers located the male who was extremely intoxicated, with a <br />breath alcohol concentration measuring .40. He was placed on a transport hold and <br />brought to Unity Hospital by Allina paramedics due to his level of intoxication. The <br />vehicle keys were returned to the female. <br /> <br />Officers administered two doses of Narcan to a heroin user who was found unconscious <br />at a residence around 1:30 pm on Monday, September 23. Allina paramedics transported <br />the victim to Unity Hospital. <br /> <br />Dayshift officers assisted Allina paramedics with a possible meningitis patient at <br />Fairview Clinic on Monday, September 23.
