Fairly and accurately assessed <br />allegations and then presented objective findings. Worked to prevent discrimination before it occurred throughout <br />reach, education, and assistance programs. Provided leadership and guidance to the agency aspects of equal <br />employment opportunity programs. Ensure the agency was in compliance with EEOC regulations. Provides technical direction and coordination for activities <br />supporting routing and contingency missions. Maintains status on all jumps and airdrops to include schedules by G3 <br />at division level. Prepares and submits required status reports. Maintains a reference library of current publication, <br />regulations and SOP relating to air drop and airdrop support. Performs as the senior NCO in a separate <br />detachment/unit engaged in parachute packing, maintenance and airdrop equipment rigging.
