Sypniewski interviewed a suspect in the business burglary at 900 Long Lake Rd that
occurred sometime during the New Year's holiday. Officer McNeely entered several items into the APS
(system which tracks pawn shop activity). Officer McNeely later alerted Det.
Sypniewski to a similar burglary in Bloomington in which the suspect was wearing
same/similar clothing. Officer McNeely later learned that Columbia Heights had arrested
a suspect, Michael Simon, 53 years of age with no permanent address, for burglary.
