In this instance, the reasons will be documented in writing and provided to the <br />owner in advance of the inspection. <br />Residential Rental properties with Three (3) or More Units <br />Residential rental license applications seeking authorization of three or more units shall be inspected on a yearly <br />basis in a manner that ensures that each individual rental unit within a building or complex is inspected at least once <br />every three to five years depending on the size of the rental complex.
