Business Discussion Item <br /> <br />B. Data Sets Update <br /> <br />Massopust reported one of the themes of the ESAP is data oversight and collections and it is <br />central to being successful in equity related initiatives. The Equity Commission will begin <br />discussion on what data the City has, how it can be linked to equity, and what future data sets <br />need to be collected in order to measure progress. He explained this information would be <br />presented by Human Resources Analyst Lisa Carlton and Parks and Recreation Director Jennifer <br />Fink. <br /> <br />Fink discussed the changes that have occurred with the Parks and Recreation software and <br />commented on the data that could now be collected. She reviewed the fun fund donations that <br />were made in 2021 and 2022. Staff commented on the breakdown of members at the Community
